This is the company's first manufacturing operation in the country

Governor Maru Campos attended the official start of operations in Chihuahua for Embraer Mexico, a Brazilian aerospace company that is consolidating its presence in the state.

This is the company's first manufacturing operation in the country, generating more than 1,200 direct jobs.

These facilities manufacture cabin interior components, including overhead luggage compartments, galleys, bathrooms, and floor panels, which are exported to markets such as Brazil, the United States, France, and Singapore.

In her remarks, the state governor thanked Embraer's Chief Operating Officer, Anderson Nascimento, and Vice President of Corporate Communications, Andreza Alberto, because, she affirmed, companies like this one come and embrace the people, offering them better working conditions.

Maru Campos added that her administration is willing to help the company achieve its goals: “Because today, the goals of a pro-business, democratic city or state that strengthens institutions ultimately amount to a better quality of life for you,” she explained to those present.

Currently, the state of Chihuahua is the national leader in the aerospace industry, concentrating a gross production of 16.961 billion pesos (MXN), equivalent to 36 percent of the national total, in addition to registering exports exceeding 2 billion dollars during 2025.
