DALLAS - ATI Inc. (NYSE:ATI) today announced the opening of a manufacturing plant in Chihuahua, Mexico, to support the production of aerospace engine components, according to a press release.

The facility integrates machining, non-destructive testing, finishing, and quality assurance operations. The site is fully operational and expands the company's forging flow capabilities for both previous and next-generation engine programs.

"This investment strengthens a critical part of the aerospace value chain," said Kimberly A. Fields, Chairman, President, and CEO.
